What do you mean a Croc is not a bandaid?

So, Griffin refused shoes last night while playing outside. I should have known better but alas I let him be piggie free! He, of course, tripped and stubbed his toe. He was hollering about it and when Lee went to investigate he screamed more. He didn’t even want us to look at him, let alone the toe. I couldn’t really tell what was going on with the nail so I dumped some hydrogen peroxide on it while Lee held him a bit. It seemed from what I could tell just to be around the nail and not actually the nail. So, I calmed him down a bit and then he asked for his shoe. No bandaid, No looking, no nothing, just his shoe. He even slept with just that shoe on and wouldn’t take it off this morning. Bath should be interesting tonight 
My kid is such a goof….
